Continue along the balcony, using another Hell Bound grapple to span a gap in the platforms, to reach a new door to the northwest. While locked onto the grapple point overhead, attack with Devil Bringer to pull Nero to the upper balcony. Stand on the launch pad and hold the lock-on button.
